This course is designed as a fun and multisensory way to help children become familiar with spellings, speaking, reading, writing, basic grammar & comprehension. Research shows that children who understand basic rules of English learn and apply them confidently.

There are 5 areas that we help the child to build skills:-

1.  To teach spelling patterns systematically- Children are taught common diagraph sounds along with letters using a multi-sensory approach We use fun actions, stories, songs and craft activities. E.g. sh,ch,th,ie.oa.y, a_e etc.
2. Reading Fluency- Once children begin understanding patterns of sounds together, it helps them read and write new words. Children will slowly be able to read & comprehend sentences and level 1 stories .
3. Sight Words- Sight words are the group of frequently used words, which children need to learn from heart. We will cover 35 sight words along with their correct usage like this, that, your etc.
4. Writing- With practice children will identify spelling patterns and will be able to write word s and sentences independently
5. To introduce rudiments of grammar – The grammar is introduced by the method of jolly grammar. Kids will under the parts of speech such as nouns , pronouns, verbs, adjectives, articles etc.
